in partnership between Riga Ghetto & Latvian Holocaust Museum, the association “SHAMIR”, Culture & Arts Projects NOASS Riga and artvideoKOELN – the curatorial initiative “art & moving images” Cologne/Germany

As a nomadic memorial project created by Agricola de Cologne, A Virtual Memorial – Commemorative Interventions is representing the new contextual framework for presentating SFC – Shoah Film Collection as a screening and exhibition event accompanied by exhibitions, lectures, panel discussions, round tables, artists talks and workshops.
